This is what I call a little pick me up fruit and peanut butter roll up, when it is 2-3pm in the afternoon and you need a little something to get you through the rest of the day till dinner time. It is super simple and even a great after school snack for the kids. You can change out most of the ingredients like substituting Nutella for peanut butter or any of the fruit can be swapped out for something different, whatever appeals to you.
Just heat up your tortilla for a couple seconds in the microwave. Spread on your butter of choice (peanut butter, Nutella, honey, etc.) then chop up some fruit. If you don’t have any fruit how about some jelly or jam (whatever you have). Roll it up just like a burrito and your ready to go. In under 2 minutes you have a nutritious pick me up snack for you and the kids till dinner. Such a great protein snack.
