Roasted Cabbage Rounds

The is an awesome side dish with any meal.  Ever have half a head of cabbage around from the coleslaw you made?  This is a great way to use it up and it’s super healthy for you.  It takes only a few minutes to roast these as well which makes it even better as a side.  Just slice the cabbage 1/4-1/2″ circles and put flat on a cookie sheet.  I drizzle my roasted garlic olive oil on top and then some salt and pepper and the special ingredient (celery salt).  Roast them in a 400 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes and enjoy.
